Our website

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

When you book

We use Freetobook to process all booking and payment data. When you make a booking using freetobook you will be able to see a link to their privacy policy. To view it, click the link in the footer during the booking process.

Payment

We partner with Global Payment Systems to process all payments via freetobook and on site.

Registration documents

When you check in, we’ll ask you to complete a paper guest registration form. This form will be stored securely for 12 months before being destroyed.

Cookies are sometimes used to improve the website experience of a visitor to a website. We may sometimes use cookies on this website to record aggregate statistical information about the visitors to our site and the use that our visitors make of the website.
