Coronavirus (Covid-19) statement

We want to reassure you that the health and well-being of our guests is our top priority. We took the decision to close the business for one week to give us the opportunity to carry out a deep clean of all the guest accommodation and following this we are now open again and ready to welcome guests.


You can be reassured by the fact that there is minimal contact with others during you stay with us, making it potentially safer than at other larger establishments, due to the following factors:

  •  The guest rooms have private entrances

  • Breakfast is delivered to your room

  • Each room has its own dining table and chairs and we are happy for guests to enjoy a takeaway/delivery evening meal in their room should they wish

  • The business is owner-operated with no external staff employed 


We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and will ensure that all touched surfaces are sanitised on a regular basis.
We always extend a warm welcome to our arriving guests, but for the time being this will not be accompanied by a handshake!


In order to be as flexible and fair as possible, we have changed our cancellation policy from 14 days prior to arrival to 7 days, in order to assist our guests at this time of uncertainty.


This is not an easy time for anyone, it is a dynamic situation and will continue to evolve. It is very much business as usual and as you know we are a small business, in a beautiful area where you can get some good fresh air and have a relaxing break.
